To celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., we took the show on the road.
The Kingdom Day Parade in Los Angeles, California is the longest running, and largest parade to celebrate Dr. King, and helps to sustain his message of fighting for equality of all humankind.
I was honored to have the opportunity to design the parade float and brand activation booth for Blue Shield's inaugural sponsorship of the event.
Because this was a celebration, we needed a float that could withstand a full-on party.
Various platforms and safety railings were included for dancing, sitting, and for a live DJ who kept the energy up throughout the 3-miles parade route.
